Here you'll find interesting links to other sites on the web. Well, they’re
interesting to me, anyway. Enjoy. They're not categorized in any way,
because there are only a handful of them. Once it starts growing,
one of these days, I'm gonna get organizized.

Open Source Web Design
I made this site before I discovered OSWD, but if you're thinking about
designing (or redesigning) a site, browse some of the power of CSS there.
If you're feeling lazy but want a great-looking site, grab a template:

Everything2
The name says it all — it's Everything (only new and improved). I
haven't been so active there lately, but it’s getting even newer and
improving. There, they know me as DaVinciLe0.
If nothing more than a neat waste of time, there is a lot of good stuff
there, including some of my own writings of which I'm very proud. I urge
you to go take a look. Don't worry if you don’t understand.

Jabber
Jabber is a very cool, open system that is used for instant messaging
(and many other applications). They seem to be the only ones interested
in creating a system everyone can use, instead of creating systems used
to lock in customers. Jabber servers use gateways to allow
interoperability with legacy (AOL, etc.) systems (except when the
bastards (AOL, etc.) intentionally sabotage it), so you can start using
it today! I run a free server on doorstop.net. Want an account? Go
right ahead. Need help getting up and running? Just email me.

OpenDVD
The DVD-CCA claims that DeCSS will be used to make illegal copies of
DVDs. This is utter nonsense. To copy a DVD, you don't need to decrypt
it; you just copy the data. It's only unscrambled when playing the
video. DeCSS is important because it's impossible for consumers to view
legal DVDs on their computers without it (unless they're using a
Microsoft or Apple OS). Why would they try to keep users of alternative
operating systems from watching legal DVDs on their computers? My best
guess is simply “because they're bastards.”
